ABOUT US

About Us – Bomi County Diaspora Association (BODA)
In the heart of Liberia’s Bomi County, a quiet transformation is waiting to be accelerated—not by chance, but by opportunity.

Bomi is a place of resilience. Its communities are rich in culture, determination, and untapped potential. Yet for many young people, the pathway to opportunity remains out of reach. Limited access to technology and practical skills has created a gap between talent and possibility – a gap that, with the right support, can be closed.

This is where the Bomi County Diaspora Association (BODA) steps in.
Founded by passionate members of the diaspora who have never forgotten their roots, BODA is more than an organization – it is a bridge. A bridge connecting global generosity to local potential. A bridge between where Bomi’s youth are today and where they deserve to be tomorrow.

Through its registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit initiative, BODA is building a dynamic learning environment where young people can gain hands-on computer skills, digital literacy, and real-world competencies. These are not just technical tools – they are life-changing skills that open doors to education, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Imagine a generation of young leaders in Bomi who can code, create, communicate, and compete in a global economy. Imagine students who are no longer limited by geography, but empowered by knowledge. This is the future BODA is working to build – one student, one classroom, one opportunity at a time.

But transformation does not happen alone. With the support of donors and partners who believe in sustainable impact, BODA is expanding access to technology, training educators, and creating safe, inspiring spaces where innovation can thrive.

Every contribution fuels a ripple effect – lifting individuals, strengthening families, and advancing entire communities. Investing in Bomi is investing in potential that is ready to rise.
Together, we can empower a generation not just to dream, but to achieve.
Join us in building the future of Bomi County.

The mission of the Bomi County Diaspora Association (BODA) is to empower youth and support families by providing access to practical computer education, academic resources, and essential technological skills while addressing food insecurity through reliable and compassionate community support.

Our vision is to build a future where every young person has the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to succeed, and where no child or family goes hungry – creating thriving, self-sustaining communities driven by education, innovation, and hope.
